Capture ’Em All is BlizzPro’s column for all things pet battles.

Warlords of Draenor will introduce a multitude of new creatures for players to gawk at, be amazed by, and intensely crave as their very own, be it a mount, a hunter companion or a battle pet. As an avid fan of pet battles I constantly get ideas of pets and creatures I’d like to see added to my menagerie, and therefore I’ve compiled a wish list of sorts. It includes both pre-existing creatures and a few Twitter personalities that I think deserve recognition in the game.

• Lynx cub “Rawr”

• An updated version of the Sunstrider Isle Springpaw Cub. I imagine it would look something like the Caracal (despite the fact that it’s not technically a lynx).

• Pet abilities would include “Little Big Roar”, “Ear Flicker”, and “Gnaw”.

• Crystalline Shardling “Shatteringly cute!”

• These little cute fellas need no further introduction; if you’ve played through Wrath of the Lich King you’ll likely have run into them while accompanying Brann Bronzebeard in the Halls of Stone. The battle pet would shift color every time you summoned it, or alternatively simply come in several different colors.

• Pet abilities would include “Shatter”, “Grind”, and “Sparkle”

• Lil’Angry “Just mildly irritated.”

• A younger version of Angry Orc, before he grew up to be the rage filled warrior we know and love today. (You can read more about Angry Orc HERE.)

• Pet abilities would include “Poke With Stick”, “Mutter”, and “Sulking”.

• Lil’Derp “Oops!”

• A homage to Twitter personality Kageyama Satsuki who fills the World of Warcraft community’s twitter feeds with daily doodles of his or her online persona Derpkitty. (You can read more about Derpkitty HERE.)

• Pet abilities would include “Snooze”, “Nomnomnom”, and “Isopod Swarm”.

• Sha of Happiness “Hug me!”

• The Warcraft community’s very own Sha of Happiness spreads happiness and joy to everyone around her ♥ {◕ ◡ ◕} ♥  (You can read more about Sha of Happiness HERE.)

• Pet abilities would include: “Snuggle” “Tentacle flail”, and “Explosion of Hugs”.
