Senior Game Designer Jeremy Feasel just posted a picture of a night elf hunter with a hydra pet on Twitter, sparking a flurry of questions from his followers about the possibility of being able to tame hydras in the coming expansion Warlords of Draenor.

For those who might not know, hydras are considered their own pet family in World of Warcraft, but they are not tamable. At the moment only hunters that were able to use a glitch (that has since been fixed) to tame the ghost hydra (Spirit of Atha) in Sholazar Basin back in Wrath of the Lich King actually have it as a pet. It appears this is about to change, however, come Warlords of Draenor as Jeremy in his short and simple reply urged hunters of Azeroth to “get hyped”.
